1. No accounts, no data collection
flexinvoice does not require registration and does not collect your name, email or billing details. All invoice generation and calculations — including the rate calculator and VAT/tax calculator — run entirely inside your browser.
2. Your invoices stay with you
Your invoices, logo, signature and client information are never uploaded to our servers. When you generate a PDF, it is produced and downloaded on your own device. We cannot access it, and neither can anyone else.
3. What we do use
We use standard, privacy-respecting analytics to understand aggregate site usage (which pages are visited and how often). This data is anonymized and never tied to a specific person. We do not sell or share personal data with third parties.
4. Contact & support
If you email us via our contact form, we only use your message to reply to you. We keep correspondence for as long as needed to resolve your request and delete it afterward. We never add you to marketing lists without consent.
5. Cookies
We do not use advertising cookies or cross-site tracking cookies. Any local storage we use exists purely to remember your tool preferences on your own device.
